Royal fiancé to attend Nobel ceremonies

Norway's Crown Prince Haakon will have his fiancé, Mette-Marit Tjessem Høiby, at his side when the Nobel Peace Prize is handed out in Oslo Sunday. The couple announced their engagement late last week.
Haakon and Mette-Marit also issued an official note of thanks Tuesday for what the Palace said was a stream of congratulatory messages and best wishes from the public.
The price tag for the royal wedding August 25 in the Oslo Cathedral isexpected to hit some NOK 20 million. It will be split by King Harald and the Norwegian taxpayers.
